Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center covers an area of 540,000 sq meters, including 6 groups of 12 single-layer column-free exhibition halls, two landing halls, inner corridors and outdoor exhibition halls, which are constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has been completed and put into operation in November 2016, mainly including north entrance lobby, central square, west square, inner corridors, and 4 groups of 8 exhibition halls in the north. The single hall has an indoor exhibition area of 13,500 sq meters, and the total indoor exhibition area is about 114,000 sq meters which can provide about 6000 indoor standard booths, and the outdoor exhibition area is about 100,000 sq meters. Its hardware facilities and equipment can undertake various large-scale professional touring exhibitions both domestically and internationally. After the second phase is fully completed, the indoor exhibition area will reach 177,500 square meters, making it one of the largest and most fully functional comprehensive exhibition centers in central China.

The exhibition halls are all single-layer column-free, and the indoor exhibition area of a single hall is about 13500 square meters (90m wide, 162m long, 17.5m high on average (14.5m - 25m); the connecting hall has a height of 11.5m, a width of 27m, and a length of 54m, which can connect or separate every two exhibition halls. The spacious exhibition space can meet the exhibition needs of exhibitors, and the quality and image can be fully displayed.

The ground load of the indoor exhibition hall is 5T/㎡, and that of the outdoor exhibition hall is 10T/㎡, meeting the loadbearing capacity required even by heavy machinery.

Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center has an outdoor exhibition hall of 100,000 square meters, and the second floor of the north entrance lobby has a multi-function hall of 1,800 square meters, and is equipped with dining rooms, conference rooms, news centers and other supporting spaces. It is suitable for holding various large-scale events such as economic trade, cultural communication, international conferences and forums.

Transportation

By Metro: take Changsha Metro Line 2 and Line 4, and get off at Guangda Station;

By high-speed railway: from Changsha South Railway Station, take Changsha Metro Line 2 and Line 4 to the Guangda Station;

By Plane: From T1 terminal Changsha Huanghua International Airport, take 80km/h Maglev to reach Changsha South Railway Station, and then transfer to the Metro to reach the venue. The Airport is 15km away from the venue
